How to send commemorative items?

Introduction

You have chosen to transform a precious memory into a unique piece of jewelry — a lock of hair, ashes, breast milk, a dried flower... Before the magic happens in our workshop, there's an essential step: safely sending us your elements. Here's everything you need to know.

1. What elements can you send us?

We work with a wide variety of memories:

• Locks of hair (baby, pet, loved one)
• Ashes (human or animal)
• Breast milk
• Dried flowers (wedding bouquet, flowers from a loved one...)
• Soil, sand, or other natural elements
• Any other keepsake upon request — feel free to contact us

2. How to package your elements?

Proper packaging is crucial for your memories to arrive intact:

• Hair: Place it in a small paper envelope or a hermetically sealed zip-lock bag. Avoid cotton, which can tangle.
• Ashes: Use a small airtight container (glass jar, metal tin) then place it in a zip-lock bag. Double bag it to prevent any risk of leakage.
• Breast milk: Send it frozen in an airtight container, well insulated. Please contact us beforehand to coordinate the shipment.
• Dried flowers: Gently wrap them in tissue paper to prevent them from crumbling.

⚠️ Important: Always send a little more than necessary. We use a tiny amount for creation, but it's better to allow for a safety margin.

3. What to include in the package?

Include in your package:

• ✅ Your carefully packaged elements
• ✅ A note with your full name and your order number
• ✅ Your contact information (email and phone)
• ✅ The desired piece of jewelry if you haven't placed an order yet (specify the model)

4. To what address should you send your package?

5. What happens after you send it?

• Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a confirmation email.
