Rates

  • Simple repair (one piece of jewelry): €15, return shipping included.
  • Additional jewelry: +€7 per piece when you send several at the same time.
  • Complex repair (change of finding, addition of material, etc.): a personalized quote in addition to the basic rate.

It couldn't be simpler: take a few photos of your damaged piece and send them to me by email or via Instagram message. I'll get back to you quickly to confirm if the repair is feasible and provide you with a quote.

Once I have your approval, place your jewelry in its original box if you still have it, otherwise in an airtight bag with some bubble wrap to protect it during transport. I'll take care of the rest and send it back to you carefully packaged. 📦✨
